Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or refurbished items may require additional preparation time, depending on size and condition.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Large or heavy items may require special freight handling or local pickup — details will be communicated upon checkout or confirmation.

3. Local Pickup

Customers may choose local pickup (where available). Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

4. Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary for larger items, holidays, or weather-related delays.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and method of delivery. Any additional fees (such as liftgate or re-delivery charges) are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damage is visible, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
