Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, because many items are refurbished, custom-built, or one-of-a-kind, please review the following refund and cancellation terms carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Returned products must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags or markings intact.

  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund (less any applicable restocking or shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly at info@bizzfurn.com. After this period, cancellations may be subject to restocking or processing fees.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and work to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

  • Custom-built furniture

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards
